In its bid to iron out its financial matters, Compostela Valley State College focused on resolving the Work and Financial Plans for each office during the Annual Planning Workshop held at the Cocos Hotel, Compostela last October 17-18, 2017.
The two-day activity, initiated by the Office of the Planning Officer, included several indispensable issues related to budget allocation and utilization.
Among the topics discussed were the presentation of the National Expenditure Program 2018 and allocation of budget from the General Appropriations Act (GAA), presentation and allocation of estimated internally generated income, presentation of sample work and financial plan, and proposal of 2019 Capital Outlay Project for GAA.
College President Dr. Christie Jean V. Ganiera, meanwhile, stressed that resolving the matters involving money and budget is a priority as it will help make the operations of the College efficient.
