CVSC studs strut wares in Nat’l PASUC tilts

Students from the Montevista and Maragusan campuses of Compostela Valley State College commendably represented Region XI in the 8th Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) National Culture and Arts Festival held at Vigan City last December 5-8, 2016.
Ivy Joy Villaplaza, coached by Ms. Mara Bantayan, together with two other students chosen to represent the region placed as 3rd runner-up in the Quiz Bowl competition.
Meanwhile, the live band team composed of Earl Lawrence Adante, Juvie Jane Arado, Adam, Jude Navarre, John Ryan Ycot, Jerome Tan, and Ed Paul Macatiog and coached by Mr. Jonell Palanas and Dr. Robert Gomez took home the 8th place out of 15 entries.
The praiseworthy performance of the aforementioned students in the highest stage highlights the colossal promise and enormous potential of the learners of the four campuses of the institution.
